Service Terms

1. Scope of Work & Milestones

All custom web applications, mobile software, business tools, and digital media deliverables are defined in a documented Statement of Work (SOW). Scope adjustments are managed via formal change requests to ensure schedule and budget alignment.

2. Intellectual Property Transfer

Upon final milestone approval and payment completion, Zenzerflow grants complete, unencumbered ownership of custom source code, documentation, and digital assets produced under the project scope to the client.

3. Warranty & Defect Resolution

Zenzerflow provides a standard warranty period post-deployment to address any functional bugs or defects violating agreed specifications in the Statement of Work.
