Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Milestone Payments & Retainers

Custom software development and digital marketing engagements are billed according to documented milestone deliverables or agreed retainer terms. Payments for completed and approved milestones are non-refundable.

2. Contract Cancellation

Either party may terminate an active engagement by providing written notice as specified in the project Statement of Work. Upon termination, the client is responsible for work completed up to the effective cancellation date.
